Just a quick note to say that we had my sister's birthday at the weekend and the picture of Nina was very well received. Lots of tears (as expected!) but she was absolutely thrilled! My husband commissioned Claire to paint our miniature Dacshund Lucy for my birthday. We were really impressed by the way Claire asked to meet Lucy and capture her personally on film. Claire ensured that we were happy with our choice of photo before she proceeded.
The portrait itself is absolutely amazing. Claire has captured both the look and character of Lucy in every detail. Claire has done a portrait of my husband's dog for his 40th birthday which I received yesterday. I am absolutely delighted! I was positive that Claire would do an amazing portrait but couldn't quite believe how brilliant and life-like the picture would be. Not only is the portrait precision perfect but also incredibly somehow shows the character of the dog. A very talented lady and a pleasure to deal with!
